Helping people live creative, productive lives that are emotionally and spiritually fulfilling

On behalf of the board of trustees, welcome to the web page of the Creative Living Counseling Center, a private non-profit organization that has provided spiritually sensitive interfaith counseling services and community seminars and workshops in Bergen and Passaic counties for more than 40 years.  The Center’s community programs address such diverse issues as bereavement support, anger management, effective parenting, and marriage enrichment. 

In the current environment of great economic uncertainty, the services of the Center are more important than ever. 

In addition to its counseling services and community programs, this year the Center will celebrate the Tenth Annual Humanity Awards.  Created in the aftermath of the Columbine shootings, the Awards are presented each year to outstanding young people nominated by their schools, faith communities, or youth organizations in recognition of their qualities of caring, compassion, community building, justice and peacemaking.

As board members, we are proud to be able to work in support of an organization with such a distinguished mission and history.  We hope you will find the information contained in this web site to be helpful.
